I was looking for a place close to me that sold Chemistrie glasses and sunglass clips. The place I bought my glasses from went out of business due to COVID. I found Five Parks Vision as an authorized rep and it was in the neighborhood just west from my home. I worked with Bre who was more than helpful and super friendly! She not only helped me get my sunglass clip replaced but also gave me coupons for contact solution. She also helped me with solutions for what I could do in the interim when I wouldn't have my glasses while they were being fitted with the new clip. I felt she really went above and beyond to help me in my situation and I really appreciated it.
My family has been clients of Five Parks Vision for 6+ years and are very pleased. The staff conducted the pre-exam very efficiently and were friendly. Shout out to Ben. The office manager explained the paperwork and charges thoroughly. I work in software and I put extra money into frames and lenses, but my VSP insurance was accepted and offset costs. Dr Gary is very personable. I recommend this for your family vision needs.
I have worn glasses/contacts most of my life and Dr. Partnow is by far the most welcoming, easy to work with, and hilarious optometrist I have ever been to. I've been going to Five Parks Vision now for over 4 years and I've never had any issues. Most of the time I can be in an out in the blink of an eye (lame dad joke).
I really loved Dr Partnow / Dr Gary ! He was extremely professional and personable. He answered all my questions. As I wasn't seeing well driving at night. Turns out I do need glasses. The staff took great care of me and my wallet. They let me know all my options and explained my insurance as well. Overall just a really good experience. Thanks Dr Gary and Staff ! You rock and my glasses are perfect.
